David Waldman presents hodgepodge Monday, to bring us up-to-date, and back-in-gear for the week:

David wonders if Donald Trump has got something there with Ted Cruz’s citizenship, because of his lack of “CRBA”, or Consular Report of Birth Abroad. David also looks at the Netflix series Making a Murder from a process and procedure angle.

Texas colleges start campus carry now, but people have paid the price for years already — 40 years for this family. Anderson Cooper is just asking: Maybe Obama is coming to take our guns?

Today it’ll be about Ricky Gervais and David Bowie. Here are both.
