We're back after a week of computer repairs, and got a rocky start technically, but were returned to the air by the diligent work of Justice Putnam at Netroots Radio! Greg Dworkin helps us catch up on the Denny Hastert story, plus some of the legal hairsplitting that made for a fascinating extended discussion. Also, potential presidential candidate John Kasich stakes out moral ground for his pro-Medicaid expansion position, and Joe Biden's loss reminds us again what a "what you see is what you get" kind of guy he is. And just for variety: Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley make the news, too. Oh, and Hillary Clinton. A New Jersey judge orders a newspaper to permanently "remove" an article. What?
