Kagro in the Morning - February 9, 2016

It’s primary day in New Hampshire, which is essentially the same thing as holding a meeting of the state legislature up there, so we all have to pay attention to those guys, again. What’s up with that Dixville Notch thing, anyway? No New Hampshire first-in-the-nation primary day is complete without Armando railing against its very existence. Today’s mandatory mention of what Donald Trump said. Another attempt by state legislators to preempt local gun regulations, this time in Washington, and now with fake Founding Fathers quotes. More about coin tosses, how often they’re really used, why they’re maybe not all that bad, and the pros & cons of our various voting schemes. An enterprising reporter fails to track down a particularly absurd college rumor about Ted Cruz, but finds a story, anyway.
