Today, David Waldman presents day one of a special two-part KITM on the Axis of Trump/Russia/Bannon/Mercer/Bolton/Facebook/2016 Elections/Brexit/Nigeria/India Evil. A story so complex it takes a full diGenova to explore it all.
Actually, Joe diGenova probably clocked in a lot less than 4 hours at the White House. Donald Trump is having trouble finding legal help. You can tell by the way Trump tells you that he isn’t having trouble finding legal help.
Jeff Sessions might not be yet connected to Cambridge Analytica, but don’t count him out. Andrew McCabe authorized a criminal probe of Sessions for some reason. The Republican House Intelligence Committee chose to be clueless of over 80% of Trump-Russia contacts. Why investigate efforts to collude, because if they were colluding they wouldn’t need to expend any effort to collude, would they?
If you are reading this, John Bolton has not yet killed us, but then you may still want to read a bit quicker, because really, the guy is a loon. Bolton’s super PAC paid over $800,000 to Cambridge Analytica, btw.
Remember back in the day when Facebook pretended it was just an innocent bystander with 2.2 billion monthly active users? Those were the days! Facebook allowed Trump consultants to exploit the data of millions of their users. The people that stole the data happened to be Russian, funded by the government of Russia, and were courting Russian oligarchs. Data war whistleblower Christopher Wylie bragged that he made Steve KG Bannon’s psychological warfare tool. Tomorrow: more on Cambridge Analytica’s psychographic takeover of the world!
