Greg Dworkin enters the fray with his roundup of Gruber backgrounders & explainers, Ron Fournier's latest flop & the many crushing responses offered, and a note on the immigration fight. Armando joined in to add his own points on Gruber, which likewise meshed with those emptywheel had made in years past, leading us to ponder the nature of the penalty/tax & the role of Democratic foot-draggers, the filibuster & more. Moving on, we yelled at Uber a lot, because creepy. And just maybe, seriously dangerous.
